Baby on the Way – Pregnancy Tracker keeps your data on your phone first and does not require an account. This policy explains what data we process, why and how, your rights, and how to delete your data.
1. Who we are
The app is published by PeakFire Studio (Mini Hug family), which is the controller of your personal data. For any question, request or complaint: peakfirestudio@gmail.com.
2. In short
- You do not need an account; by default your pregnancy records stay on your phone only.
- If you create an account and turn on sync (backup / partner sharing), your records are uploaded to our server.
- We show no ads, never sell your data and use no advertising or behavioural-tracking SDKs.
- You can delete your account and all server-side data from the app with one tap.

- Notifications are scheduled locally on your device; we do not send push notifications from a server.
b) If you create an account.
- For sign-in: your email address and the single-use 6-digit code we send you (valid for 10 minutes). With Google or Apple sign-in: the identifier, name and email those services provide.

- Family/partner sharing: family invite code, membership; the records you choose to share with your partner.
- A session token so we can recognise the device you signed in on.
c) Premium subscription. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play; we never see or store your card details. We use RevenueCat to manage your subscription status; a random user ID and your purchase status are sent to RevenueCat.
d) Community (forum). If you post in the forum, your forum nickname, your topics and replies, likes, and your reports and blocks are processed. Forum content is public; we recommend not sharing health details there.
e) Technical logs. Our server keeps standard logs for security and debugging, such as request time, IP address and app version.
What we do not use: location, contacts, microphone, advertising ID; advertising, behavioural analytics or third-party tracking SDKs.
4. Health data and explicit consent
Your pregnancy details, weight, blood pressure, blood glucose, symptoms and appointments are health data, a special category of personal data under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and Article 9 GDPR. We transfer this data off your device (to our server) only when you start syncing / create an account of your own accord and give your explicit consent.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without retroactive effect, by deleting your account or writing to peakfirestudio@gmail.com. If you withdraw, your health data on the server is deleted; local use on your device continues.
